Our Approach

Our discovery process is genuinely collaborative. In the first week of signing with Elsewhere, we dig in together, ask the questions other agencies skip, and build a strategy that actually fits your brand with a team that fully understands it.
This process follows a three step system, where the client is involved every step of the way.
Step 1

Step 3
CONTENT CREATION AND EXECUTION
Then we bring it to life. We produce and edit your short-form video, lifestyle and training photography, and on-brand content, then run the posting across every platform so it actually reaches people.
This is where the strategy actually comes to life. Our in-house photo and video team creates original content that looks and sounds like your brand, not a template. Cinematic reels, engagingTikToks, and lifestyle imagery, all directed and edited to fit your voice.
Every shoot starts with a plan. Before anyone picks up a camera, we sit down and figure out what the content is for, who it's talking to, and the story it should tell. From there we map out concepts, shot lists, and visual direction together, so the final product feels like a real reflection of your brand, not just our take on it.

COMMUNICATION
SLACK
Each of our clients has a dedicated channel within Slack, where all team members can communicate in real time, share updates, drop ideas, and get quick answers without the lag of email threads.
GOOGLE MEETINGS
We believe in face-to-face meetings, even when they're virtual. All of our monthly check-ins happen over Google Meet, so we can actually see each other, talk through the work, and keep our partnership feeling personal.
CONTENT
DROPBOX
All of the photo and video content we create during our time together is stored in a shared Dropbox folder, so you always have full access to your assets, neatly organized and ready whenever you need them.
CONTENT CALENDAR & APPROVAL PLATFORM
We’ve tried and tested nearly every scheduling and approval platform on the market, and in the end, we decided to build our own. Each of our clients has access to a personalized portal where they can review content, make edits or give approvals, and see outstanding tasks.
DOCUMENTS
CLIENT PORTAL
Important documents like contracts, brand guidelines, deliverables, and reference assets are kept in a secure Client Portal that's yours to access 24/7. Everything is organized in one place, so you never have to dig through old emails to find what you need.
This is also where you’ll complete your onboarding tasks like signing contracts and filling out intake forms.
While we love our systems, our priority is the comfort of our clients. If there’s a communication channel that you prefer or a platform you love using, we will do our best to incorporate that into our systems.
